Paul founded the company in 2002 and is as passionate about the business today as he was then, he remains actively involved in all aspects of the business.
Paul is particularly involved with the new product development team believing that technological innovation drives the business forward.
Joining the company in 2008 as the first member of the sales team, he now manages the global sales team.
Travelling regularly to visit international customers, Silent Sentinel representatives and trade shows around the world, James likes to maintain a hands-on approach and continues to maintaining many key accounts as well as working with his team on new business development.
Matt joined Silent Sentinel in 2018 and manages the Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams as well as driving Product Improvements and New Product Developments.
When not working with his team, Matt spends a lot his time visiting suppliers as well as evaluating new technology.

Director of Global Sales
Based in the UK, though spending a lot of his time abroad, Rob’s primary role is to develop new customers and look after existing global key accounts.
Rob also works closely with the major prime contractors, with a focus on the global Maritime security/VTS sectors which he supports with his wealth of knowledge and sector experience in the field.
A veteran of the US Army and now using that experience and knowledge to help develop and expand Silent Sentinel Inc; our dedicated US business.
Ryan joined the company in 2019 and is in based in St Petersburg FL, where he manages our business interest across the Americas.
Sales Manager Europe/South Africa/Oceania
Rob is based in the UK and is our commercial security lead and also manages key accounts across Europe. Rob has over 25 years experience in the security industry both in cameras and security software.
Christian joined Silent Sentinel in 2020 and works alongside the Sales team assisting with enquiries and support globally. Starting work at Silent Sentinel in Production, Christian has a good knowledge of the products and is well equipped to answer clients’ questions and queries.
Madeleine joined the team in 2018 and looks after all of our marketing including our attendance at global exhibitions, producing our literature, and managing our digital presence.
