Standard Video

Video is an electronic medium for the recording, copying and broadcasting of moving visual images.

The Standard analogue video range typically delivers resolution in excess of 600TVL and being analogue, this can be distributed on industry standard RG59 coaxial cable.

HD Video

Anyone used to viewing programmes on HD television does not need to be told of the superior image quality over older standard definition television.

These new generation HD cameras, combined in many cases with mega-pixel zoom lenses provide the pinnacle of image quality, so whether you choose a fixed or pan and tilt solution all are delivered in a robust and ready to use systemised solution.

  • The entire Silent Sentinel range is available in true HD 1920×1080 format
  • The images can be delivered as IP over Ethernet or as HD-SDI digital image

4K Output

The highest resolution available, Silent Sentinel offer 4K camera output within the Aeron 4K Ultra Low Light product.

Giving unbelievable clarity and definition, the 4K camera is fantastic.

Broadcast quality

Broadcast video quality cameras have always been used in the film and TV industry to ensure the highest quality of image reproduction is achieved.

Silent Sentinel offers true broadcast 1920×1080 resolution and 60fps to support industry standard frame rates.

All models offer digital HD-SDI format outputs with zero latency.

SWIR

Short wave infrared (SWIR) cameras offer considerable benefits where atmospheric conditions such as rain, fog and mist are common – making them popular within the maritime industry.

SWIR cameras are available in all of the Silent Sentinel camera platforms and by combining this technology with either video or thermal it will increase the probability of rapid detection, providing low false alarm rates under a range of atmospheric and lighting conditions.

Low light

To achieve useable video 24 hours per day, Silent Sentinel offers ultra-low light video modules.
