How do I know which Silent Sentinel platform is for me?
We understand it can be overwhelming to know exactly which platform you need. The best thing to do is speak to one of our experts who can hear your requirements and advise what’s best for you. Fill in the contact form or give us a call.
What are Silent Sentinel's business hours?

Most of our team is based at our head office in Hertfordshire, England, and our hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm. Our US team are based in Florida and also work 8:30am – 5:00pm (EDT).

Where can I find product datasheets?

Individual product datasheets can be found on each product page, however a whole depository can be found here.

Who do we contact for licensing queries?

Who do we chase for a lead time?

Please send an email to carla@silentsentinel.com confirming your Sales Order number, once he has an answer he will reply as soon as possible.

How do we get an RMA form issued for a faulty product?

Please send your units serial number along with the fault and return address to carla@silentsentinel.com

How to find us:

We are opposite the Jolly Fisherman pub (directly across the river). Often Sat Nav’s take you round the back of our offices, however, our office is on Riverside which is directly by the river.
